Uzbekistan’s achievements in the field of training that meet the modern requirements, has repeatedly pointed out by foreign experts and representatives of the scientific and educational spheres.
The intellectual potential of our country, rich scientific heritage and within the framework of the state educational policy measures contribute to the country’s prestige on the world stage.
Uzbekistan among few states, recognizing that sustainable and dynamic economic development is primarily determined by the presence of intellectual resources, has taken all the necessary measures for a major reform of the education sector. As we know, the improvement of the system - it is also a far-sighted investment in the future of the country and a reliable guarantor of stability, prosperity and well-being - Director of the Russian Center for the Study of Professional Education, a member of the International Association of Professional Education (IVETA) Doctor of Education, Professor Olga Oleynikova.
— Back in 2012 when I participated in the Tashkent international conference "Preparing an educated and intellectually developed generation - as a key condition for sustainable development and modernization of the country", I was impressed by the great attention paid by the President of Uzbekistan Islam Karimov Development System Education and learning in general. Large investments in the state material-technical base of educational institutions today provide tangible results.
As international experts I would like to emphasize that Uzbekistan was able to create a qualitatively new system of vocational education. The idea of two paths - academic lyceums and professional colleges - is very interesting and fruitful.
It should also be emphasized that in many countries the world who are interested in exchanging experiences with Uzbekistan in this area because the effectiveness of social policies, respect for the citizens, and especially to young people - this is the dream of every state.
Our international association, which includes more than 45 countries, brings together people who are not indifferent to the future of vocational education, protect its interests and disseminate successful experiences. It would like to see and Uzbekistan are among the participants of the organization where the work enough new approaches to meet the challenges of modern development.
We are ready to expand cooperation between educational institutions of Uzbekistan and Russia through the organization of bilateral projects.
I wish the country a great success, further victories and, of course, pride of accomplishments.
