SENATE INTRODUCES AMENDMENTS AND ADDITIONS TO SOME LEGISLATIVE ACTS

During the tenth plenary session, the senators discussed the Law of the Republic of Uzbekistan "On amendments and additions, recognition invalid of some legislative acts of the Republic of Uzbekistan".

In particular, amendments were made into following documents: Code of Uzbekistan on administrative responsibility, Economic procedure code, Tax code, laws "On guarantees of children’s rights", "On care and guardianship", "On state tax service", etc.

According to senators, the adoption of amendments will minimize the cost of collection of taxes and other mandatory payments, will reduce the financial and time costs of participants of the process, as well as save time of tax authorities, judges, and taxpayers.
