SENATE TO HEAR INFORMATION OF HEADS OF MINISTRIES OF INTERIOR AND FOREIGN AFFAIRS TWICE A YEAR

During the tenth plenary session, the senators discussed the Law of the Republic of Uzbekistan "On amendments and additions, as well as recognition invalid of some legislative acts of the Republic of Uzbekistan".

In line with other issues, the Senate adopted the order for hearing the information of the Minister of Internal Affairs, the Ministry of Foreign Affairs. From now on, twice a year the Senate will conduct hearing of information of the above ministries.

According to senators, amendments and additions will contribute to strengthening the parliamentary control over the activities of the ministries.
