Shavkat Mirziyoyev: It is impossible to achieve results without hard work, without overcoming difficulties

Karshi city hosts a meeting with participation of regional and district khokims, heads of sectors, the Press Service of the President of the Republic of Uzbekistan reports.

The President of the Republic of Uzbekistan Shavkat Mirziyoyev noted that the goal of efforts for entering foreign markets, reforming each sphere is to ensure people’s interests.

– As you can see, decrees and resolutions are adopted almost every day. Organizations, experts have been working on them for months and years. Development of these decrees and resolutions is a complicated work. Ensuring their execution is more difficult tenfold, – said the Head of the state.

The President criticized the passivity of local executive authorities and the lack of public exactingness to them.

– We want our people to live well, to be among the developed countries. However, without hard work, without overcoming difficulties, no one has yet achieved and will not achieve it! The President comes, gives instructions, and sets tasks. Who will execute them? When will people wake up at last? After all, we are late in many ways. If we do not wake up now, we will not be able to achieve our big goals. No one will come and do it for us, – said Shavkat Mirziyoyev.

The President noted that every leader should read daily, discover new things, and work with even more dedication in order to compete in the world.
