On July 27, the Cabinet of Ministers of Uzbekistan adopted a resolution "On measures to further improve the level of capitalization of joint stock leasing company (JSLC)" Uzselhozmashlizing".
According to the document, by placing additional shares worth 48 billion soums, the amount of authorized capital of JSLC "Uzselhozmashlizing" will reach 100 billion soums.
Thus, the additional shares of JSLC "Uzselhozmashlizing" will be acquired by the State Committee of the Republic of Uzbekistan on privatization, de-monopolization and development of competition.
According to the Resolution, the Centre for coordination and development of the securities market entrusted to carry out the state registration of additional shares of JSLC "Uzselhozmashlizing" without levying fees for state registration.
