STEADILY DEVELOPING COUNTRY WHERE THE UNITY AND JUSTICE PREVAIL

On the eve of January 14 - the Day of Defenders of the Motherland UzA correspondent talked to experts and foreign tourists about reigning in the country atmosphere of peace and tranquility, interethnic consent, the role of national army.

— In Uzbekistan human rights and interests in all spheres of society are being ensured. I see this as a major factor of peace and tranquility in your country.

Day of Defenders of the Motherland in Uzbekistan is celebrated as a national holiday, demonstrating the enormous attention paid under the leadership of President Islam Karimov issue of peace in the country. Mobile, well-armed and equipped national army that meets all standards has been formed, which serves as a solid guarantee of the independence of Uzbekistan, the welfare of the people. Such a society where there is unity and harmony, will develop steadily.
