Tashkent City construction is under constant attention of the President

On November 20, President Shavkat Mirziyoyev became familiar with construction of Tashkent City International Business Center.

Here, with the use of modern achievements of architecture and on the basis of instructions given by the Head of the state during previous visits, construction works are being accelerated. In the territory of the future center, divided into seven lots, business centers, hotels, congress hall, offices, apartment buildings, restaurants and other facilities are being built.

The President got acquainted with full-scale mock-ups of rooms and halls of a five-star hotel. Paying attention to every detail of rooms, the Head of the state gave instructions regarding their design and amenities. He noted that rooms should be light and wide, when designing them, paints should be used in tones that would raise the mood of guests.

The hotel will be adjacent to another large building – the Congress Hall. All conditions for holding summits and international conferences will be created here. The Congress Hall will be equipped with the latest technologies.

Shavkat Mirziyoyev gave instructions for construction of the Congress Hall based on world standards, creating necessary amenities for receiving large delegations.

The President also inspected the construction of the Gardens Residence housing complex, the two and four-room apartments built for demonstration.

The housing complex occupying 8 hectares of land will consist of 9 apartment buildings. When designing them, all modern requirements were taken into account, and separate amenities were provided for children, parents and guests.

The head of the state noted that our people deserve to live in such houses, built on the basis of standards of developed countries of Europe and Asia, apartments in it will be provided to our compatriots. They will be sold on the basis of long-term concessional loans.
