Tashkent International Forum unites young people of the world

International Youth Trade Unions Forum “TEMP 2019”, organized by the Federation of Trade Unions of Uzbekistan, has kicked off in Tashkent.

At the opening ceremony of the forum, Chairman of the Federation of Trade Unions of Uzbekistan K. Rafikov noted that the forum is important in contributing to inform the world community about the ongoing systematic work on strong social protection of young people, the success achieved, the experience accumulated in this area in the country.

About 120 young boys and girls from almost 20 countries, as well as about 150 trade union activists of Uzbekistan, are attending the event.

Participants of the forum met with young entrepreneurs and farmers, at Samarkand Youth Center. Psychological training and interesting games were organized in Tashkent region. Participants based on creative approach demonstrated their views, interests and approaches. Various games helped to identify the possibilities of memory, thinking and efficiency.

The forum participants got acquainted with the essence of five important initiatives forwarded by the President of the country to widely attract young people to culture, art, physical culture and sport, to develop their skills in proper use of information technologies, to widely promote the culture of reading, and ensure employment of women.

The First Deputy Advisor to the President of the Republic of Uzbekistan, Chairman of the Central Council of the Youth Union K. Kuronboyev attended the opening ceremony of the event.
