Tashkent to host a football match between teams of Uzbekistan and New Zealand

Youth football team of Uzbekistan U-20 will hold two friendly matches against team New Zealand U-20. Both meetings will be held in Tashkent in early April, reports press service of Uzbekistan Football Federation.

The first match between the teams will take place on April 4. The second meeting of the parties will be held two days later. Note that the youth national teams of Uzbekistan and New Zealand are preparing to participate in the finals of the world youth championship.

Recall that from March 25 to 30, the youth team of Uzbekistan U-20 will hold training camp in the Portuguese city of Coimbra. During the training wards of Ravshan Haydarov will play friendly matches against their peers from the national teams of Portugal and Uruguay. Respectively the matches will be held on March 27 and 29.

The Portugal team in the group is the current vice-champion of Europe, while Uruguay - world vice-champion.

The world championship among youth teams of up to 20 years will begin on May 30 this year.
