Tashkent to host Uzbek-Austrian Intergovernmental Commission on Trade and Economic Cooperation

The next meeting of the Uzbek-Austrian Intergovernmental Commission on Trade and Economic Cooperation will be held on April 9, 2019 in Tashkent, the MFA press service said.

The Austrian delegation will be led by Franz Wessig, Director General for External Economic Relations at the Federal Ministry for Digital and Economic Affairs.

According to the Embassy of Uzbekistan in Vienna, it is also scheduled to hold a bilateral Uzbek-Austrian business forum on April 9 with about 50 representatives of leading companies and banks in Austria headed by Vice President of the Federal Economic Chamber Richard Schenz.
