TENNIS TOURNAMENT STARTS IN TASHKENT

Uzbekistan plays against China as part of the 2016 Davis Cup Asia/Oceania Zone Group I.

In the Republican Tennis School of Olympic Reserve on 15-17 July this year as part of the second round of the games of the 2016 Davis Cup Asia/Oceania Zone Group I teams of Uzbekistan and China will compete with each other.

Tashkent hosted the draw for this competition, which resulted that in the first day of competition Farrukh Dustov will face with Ze Zhang, Denis Istomin with Di Wu. Tennis players will be facing off in the doubles on July 16. On the last day of the competition, Denis Istomin will play against Ze Zhang, Farrukh Dustov against Di Wu.

To date, teams of Uzbekistan and China have played with each other 8 games, five of them - our compatriots won.
