The 2035 Development Strategy

In Tashkent, the Inha University has been hosting a forum “Uzbekistan 2035”, held June 28-29. Its purpose is to discuss the concept of a long-term development strategy for our country.

The organizers of the event are the international nongovernmental nonprofit organization Buyuk Kelajak and the Center for Development Strategy. Representatives of the Oliy Majlis, ministries and other government agencies, international organizations, diplomatic corps and foreign experts are taking part in the forum.

The forum participants are discussing the problems of enhancing democratic reforms in the system of public administration, raising the standard of living and expanding the social protection of the population, developing agriculture, industry, infrastructure of gas, electricity and heat, financial sector, innovation, entrepreneurship, small business, science, tourism, culture, education.

The organization Buyuk Kelajak was set up by our compatriots living, studying and working abroad. It was registered with the Ministry of Justice of Uzbekistan this April as an international nongovernmental nonprofit organization.

This organization has set itself the goal of uniting compatriots living abroad – patriots who want to contribute to the development and prosperity of our Motherland, to introduce innovative and pioneering ideas into industrial production and scientific sphere in Uzbekistan. It develops and implements interesting projects to improve the life of the population and ensure sustainable economic development. To date, the expert council Buyuk Kelajak has brought together 155 compatriots from Tokyo to San Francisco.
