The decision is directed on further improvement of organizational and legal mechanisms of realization of constitutional powers of the Head of the state, the coordinated functioning and interaction of the state governing bodies, implementation of effective control over realization of the planned tasks on creation of worthy conditions for life and increasing the well-being of people.
The Administration is created on the basis of the Office of the President of the Republic of Uzbekistan.
The structure of the Administration introduces the positions of the head, as well as advisors to the President of the Republic of Uzbekistan, who manage the activities of departments of the Administration of the President of the Republic of Uzbekistan in relevant areas.
The Administration is a state body formed by the President of the Republic of Uzbekistan and directly accountable to him. It carries out information-analytical, organizational and control support for activities of the President. The President manages the activities of the Administration, and the head of the Administration ensures the coordinated activity of its departments.
In accordance with the Decree, the post of Advisor to the President of the Republic of Uzbekistan – a speechwriter – is being introduced to the Administration of the President of the Republic of Uzbekistan. He will be engaged in preparation of speeches and addresses of the President of the Republic of Uzbekistan.
