On May 9, 2015 the Agreement between the Government of the Republic of Uzbekistan and the Government of the Republic of Kazakhstan on the readmission of persons, signed in Astana on September 7, 2012 comes into force. Agreement determines the order of interaction of law enforcement bodies of Uzbekistan and Kazakhstan in matters of transfer and acceptance of persons who enter or are in the territory of another State in violation of the national law of that State.
