An exhibition hall has been opened on the eve of the 80th anniversary of Islam Karimov’s birth at the Scientific and Enlightenment Memorial Complex named after the First President Islam Karimov. Exhibition on “The heart holding the Universe”, dedicated to the memory of the great son of our people is presented.
The spouse of the First President T.Karimova, head of the Scientific and Enlightenment Memorial Complex named after the First President Islam Karimov, T.Shirinov and others noted that the founder of independent Uzbekistan, the great statesman and politician Islam Karimov left an indelible mark in the centuries-old history of our Motherland. Large-scale activities are being carried out on perpetuating the bright memory of the great son of our people under the leadership of President Shavkat Mirziyoyev.
The heart holding the Universe...
Participants of the ceremony got acquainted with the exhibits of the art exhibition devoted to the life and activity of Islam Karimov. The exhibition is being presented in two halls. 57 works of artists, 3 works of sculptors are shown in the first hall. The exposition of the second hall includes 80 creative works of photo artists.
On this day, the foot of the Monument to Islam Karimov is covered with flowers. Representatives of the general public paid tribute to our First President.
The State Advisor to the President of the Republic of Uzbekistan H.Sultanov delivered a speech at the event.
