The International Forum "Children and Youth in Action-Climate Change in Central Asia" dedicated to the World Children's Day starts in Uzbekistan

Today, the international forum "Children and Youth in Action-Climate Change in Central Asia", timed to coincide with World Children’s Day and the UN Climate Change Conference 2023 (COP 28), begins its work in Uzbekistan, reports a "Dunyo" information agency correspondent.

The event is organized by the "Zamin" International Public Foundation together with the United Nations Children’s Fund (UNICEF).
The forum is dedicated to recognizing the role of children and youth in combating the negative consequences of climate change, including through the promotion of environmental education.
Forum participants will exchange cutting-edge ideas and experiences to increase the participation of children and youth in solving environmental problems, as well as to further enhance national, regional and global efforts to respect the environment.
