The Ministry of Foreign Affairs of Uzbekistan issued an official statement regarding the forced landing of the helicopter carrying Iranian President Ebrahim Raisi, reports Dunyo IA correspondent.
"We received the news of the emergency landing of a helicopter carrying the President of the Islamic Republic of Iran Ebrahim Raisi with deep concern", the statement reads. — The Ministry of Foreign Affairs of the Republic of Uzbekistan is closely monitoring the updates regarding the fate of the helicopter passengers.
We sincerely hope that all the passengers will be found alive and in good health as soon as possible.
Uzbekistan expresses its complete readiness to provide any necessary assistance to our Iranian friends whenever needed.
