THE NATIONAL TEAM OF UZBEKISTAN RETAINED 66TH PLACE IN FIFA RANKINGS

The official website of the International Football Federation (FIFA) updated rankings of national teams.

According to the rating, the national team of Uzbekistan with 544 points kept the 66th position in the list. Along with this, Uzbekistan is the fourth largest in Asia after Iran (39), South Korea (50) and Japan (53).

Moreover, Uzbekistan is the third among teams of CIS countries: Ukraine (19) Russia (29).

The leader of FIFA rankings is Argentina (1503), second place - Belgium (1384), and the Colombian national team (1328) occupies the third position. In addition, the top five includes teams of Germany and Chile.

FIFA ranking was introduced in 1993, the number of points is calculated based on the results of the national teams for the past four years.
