THE PILAF PREPARED IN TASHKENT IS INCLUDED IN THE GUINNESS BOOK OF RECORDS

Uzbek chefs prepared 7 360 kilograms of pilaf within the framework of “O’zbegim” festival of national values, which is continuing on Sayilgoh Street in Tashkent.

Representatives of Guinness World Records watched the process of pilaf preparation.

– Four tons of products should be used in preparing the pilaf for including it in the Guinness Book of Records, – says Richard Stenning, representative of Guinness World Records. – Today, this requirement is surpassed. The requirements of the Guinness World Records were fully followed during the cooking process. Thus, the world record on preparation of pilaf is established. This definitely will be included in the Guinness Book of Records.
