The President of the Republic of Uzbekistan Shavkat Mirziyoyev heard a report from the Minister of Defense Shukhrat Kholmukhamedov on ongoing efforts to strengthen military cooperation with Türkiye.
The President of the Republic of Uzbekistan Shavkat Mirziyoyev heard a report from the Minister of Defense Shukhrat Kholmukhamedov on ongoing efforts to strengthen military cooperation with Türkiye.
A senior representative of the Armed Forces of the Republic of Türkiye also took part in the meeting.
Current issues regarding strengthening cooperation between the two countries’ defense ministries were considered in the context of implementing agreements reached at the highest level.
Particular attention was paid to the dynamics of military-technical cooperation, including the expansion of interagency contacts, the organization of joint events, and the training of military specialists.
Commitment to deepen the partnership in the military sphere was reaffirmed.
