The President of Uzbekistan arrived in Baku on a working visit

Yesterday, President Shavkat Mirziyoyev arrived in Baku on March 1 on a working visit at the invitation of President of Azerbaijan Ilham Aliyev, reports “Dunyo” IA correspondent.

According to the press service of the Head of state, First Deputy Prime Minister of Azerbaijan Yagub Eyyubov and other officials welcomed the President of Uzbekistan at the Heydar Aliyev International Airport.

A meeting of the Presidents of Uzbekistan and Azerbaijan will take place today. The leaders will discuss the practical implementation of previously reached agreements.

A summit of one of the largest international structures, the Non-Aligned Movement, will be held in Baku on March 2. The President of Uzbekistan will address the plenary session of the event.
