The President of Uzbekistan arrives from Beijing in Shenzhen

Following the visit to Beijing, the President of the Republic of Uzbekistan Shavkat Mirziyoyev and his spouse arrived in the city of Shenzhen.

Officials from Guangdong province met the distinguished guest at the airport.

On January 25, the President of Uzbekistan will attend the Uzbekistan – China Investment Forum and hold meetings with the heads of leading companies and financial structures of the People’s Republic of China.

Shenzhen is China’s third most populous city and a special economic zone in Guangdong province. It is a global center for technology, research, manufacturing, business and economics, finance, tourism, and transport, and its seaport is the fourth busiest container port in the world.
