Tashkent hosts the 12th Republican Table Tennis Tournament for the Cup of the International Charity Fund “Soglom Avlod Uchun” (For Healthy Generation).
56 boys and girls up to 12 years from all regions of our country participate in the competition, organized by the ministries of cultural affairs and sport, public education, Uzbekistan Children’s Sports Development Fund and the Uzbekistan Table Tennis Federation.
Physical education and sports play an important role in the formation of a comprehensive healthy and harmoniously developed generation. The competitions, organized in our country, contribute to the promotion of sport and healthy lifestyles among youth.
The traditional Table Tennis Tournament for the Cup of the International Charity Fund “Soglom Avlod Uchun” serves these purposes. Today, more than 14 thousand children of our country are engaged in table tennis.
