The Urdu‑language edition of the book “Uzbekistan: The Third Renaissance – The Concept of the Future” by renowned Pakistani author Muhammad Abbas Khan has been published in Pakistan, reports Dunyo IA correspondent.
The book presents the concept of laying the foundations for the Third Renaissance, proposed by the world-renowned statesman and political Leader - President Shavkat Mirziyoyev, as a transformative project grounded in values such as cooperation, peace, and dialogue, portraying it as one of those timeless ideas that transcend eras.
The foreword of the work was personally written by Muhammad Shehbaz Sharif, Prime Minister of Pakistan underscoring the global recognition of President Mirziyoyev’s initiatives aimed at fostering collaboration and strengthening friendly relations between the two countries.
The work reflects the innovative, humanism‑based thinking of Leader of Uzbekistan. “In my view, - writes Muhammad Abbas Khan in his study, - there is something in human history more enduring than the existence of a state or empire - great ideas. They are a powerful force capable of shaping the course of history and defining the future. One such idea, in my opinion, is the initiative of President Shavkat Mirziyoyev to lay the foundations for the Third Renaissance in Uzbekistan. The concept of the Third Renaissance is, indeed, a timeless idea. To me, this idea resembles a mighty river flowing into the incomparable ocean of human thought”.
The book invites readers to engage in deep reflection, conveying the ideas of the Head of State of Uzbekistan that history is not a wall, but a bridge, and the future is not a field of competition, but a field of cooperation, illustrated through concrete examples and real events.
In particular, the work presents a series of historical examples drawn from over three thousand years of the development of Uzbekistan’s national statehood.
According to Pakistani politicians and academic experts, the work authored by Muhammad Abbas Khan, along with the ideas and interpretations it presents, is highly valued not only in Pakistan, but also in Europe and other countries.
Currently, the book “Uzbekistan: The Third Renaissance – The Concept of the Future” is also being prepared for publication in the Uzbek language.
