In Doha, Qatar, the Asian Championships in Athletics among athletes born in 1998-1999 was held, which was attended by 350 athletes from over 40 countries.
According to the National News Agency UzA, the tournament our athletes have won two gold and bronze medals.
In particular, Sadullaeva Safina became the champion of Asia in the high jump. The second gold medal for the team brought Polyunin Vladislav, who became champion in javelin throw.
Our athlete Alexander Yurkevskaya won a bronze medal in the heptathlon, another medal of the same dignity was acquired by Victoria Dirdina in the triple jump.
