Hereby the State Competition Committee of the Republic of Uzbekistan informs that by the Appendix No1 to the Resolution by President of the Republic of Uzbekistan dated April 28, 2015 №2340 "On Measures Aimed at Increase of Share and Significance of the Private Property in the Economy", the List of Joint-Stock Companies at which the State-owned Shares as well as those owned by Economic Governance Bodies being subject to Sale to Strategic Foreign Investors in way of Conduct of Their Valuation mainly by the International Appraisal Organizations, has been approved.
Based on the above-mentioned, in case of expression of a wish by your International Appraisal Organization to conduct the Valuation, please send, within the two-weeks’ period to the address of the State Competition Committee, your kind Proposals related to the given Facilities Subject to Valuation together with the Information about the Activities of your Organization.
Note: the Organizations having expressed their wish shall observe the Legislation of the Republic of Uzbekistan and, in the order established by the Legislation, shall obtain the License for the Right to Perform the Valuation Activity.
