In the period from 31 July to 2 August in Hiroshima (Japan) hosted the VI Asia championship in gymnastics, press service of the National Olympic Committee of Uzbekistan reports.
The competition was attended by 128 athletes from 16 countries.
In the final of floor exercises, Eduard Shaulov, with a score of 14.575 points reached the third step of the podium. The second was a Japanese gymnast Hayasaka Naoto (15,650), the first – another representative of Japan - Shirai Kenzo (16,450).
