Uzbekistan and Poland deepen economic cooperation as bilateral ties gain momentum

A meeting was held at the Embassy of Uzbekistan in Poland with Krzysztof Różycki, Agricultural Production Director of the "Green Crops" company, reports Dunyo IA correspondent.

During the talks, it was noted that Krzysztof Różycki is planning to visit Uzbekistan from 24–29 November in order to participate in the Agro Expo Uzbekistan international agriculture exhibition.

As part of his official visit, discussions are planned on launching joint investment projects in Uzbekistan focused on water-saving technologies and sustainable vegetable production. In addition, the delegation will explore grant-supported programs to provide practical training for Uzbek specialists in Poland and Italy, aiming to strengthen expertise and foster knowledge transfer in modern agricultural practices.

At the conclusion of the talks, Krzysztof Rusiński was presented with a letter of appreciation from the head of the Uzbek diplomatic mission. The recognition honored his support in organizing the "AgriCool" grant project, which will provide paid practical training placements for 120 students from three Uzbek higher education institutions specializing in agriculture. The internships, scheduled from May to October 2025, will be hosted by "Green Crops" and the University of Agriculture in Krakow.

Additionally, a formal agreement was signed between the diplomats of the Uzbek Embassy and the management of "Green Crops" to further develop mutually beneficial cooperation.
