Uzbekistan is represented at NATAS Travel 2019 International Fair

On February 22-24, the Embassy of the Republic of Uzbekistan in Singapore, together with representative office of Uzbekistan Airways, took part in the largest international fair NATAS Travel 2019.

NATAS, established in May 1979, uniting more than 400 travel agencies and companies, serves as the organizer of the largest international travel fairs in Southeast Asia NATAS-Travel and NATAS-Holidays. About 100 representatives of bоth national tour operators and foreign participants took part in the fair.

According to Uzbekistan MFA, the Ambassador of Uzbekistan to Singapore Kakhramon Shakirov made a presentation of the tourism potential of Uzbekistan, where he informed the guests of the event about the large-scale reforms and conditions created in tourism industry.

From February 1, 2019, citizens of 64 countries of the world got the opportunity to visit Uzbekistan for up to 30 days without obtaining a visa. This rule is valid for citizens of Singapore from February 2018, as well as there is a direct flight service between the two countries. At the same time, it was emphasized that Uzbekistan has an ancient history, a rich culture, unique traditions and many opportunities to diversify their holidays.
