The delegation of Uzbekistan headed by the Chairman of the Committee on international, foreign economic relations, foreign investments and tourism of the Senate of Oliy Majlis of Uzbekistan, Alisher Kurmanov met with US Deputy Minister of Commerce Erin Walsh.
The sides discussed practical steps to implement agreements achieved within the American-Uzbek business forum, which was held on 20 September 2017, during the visit of the President of Uzbekistan Shavkat Mirziyoyev in New York.
In order to further expand bilateral investment and trade relations, the parties reached agreement on increasing the official and business contacts between representatives of Uzbekistan and the United States.
