Uzbekistan's music and dance art presented at UNESCO Headquarters

The UNESCO Headquarters in Paris hosted a gala concert “We are Together” with the participation of member countries of the International Organization of Turkic Culture (TURKSOY) on the occasion of its 30th anniversary.

The event was attended by the leadership and representatives of UNESCO, ambassadors of foreign states, representatives of French business, academic circles, cultural figures, and compatriots from TURKSOY countries.

At the opening ceremony, representatives of the UNESCO Secretariat and TURKSOY delivered welcoming speeches. The speakers noted Uzbekistan’s invaluable role and significance in the Turkic world, including the activities of TURKSOY.

At the gala concert, cultural figures of the State Philharmonic of Uzbekistan, including ensembles and groups, presented their performances.
