Uzbekistan, Tajikistan develop enforcement services collaboration

Delegation of the Enforcement Service under the Government of the Republic of Tajikistan led by the head Ilyos Idriszoda visited a number of structures of the Prosecutor General’s Office of the Republic of Uzbekistan on December 3.

At the Prosecutor General’s Office, negotiations were held between representatives of the Enforcement Service under the Government of the Republic of Tajikistan and the leadership of the Compulsory Enforcement Bureau. A memorandum has been signed that creates a legal basis for further bilateral cooperation and interaction.

The memorandum provides for the exchange of experience and information, the organization of joint events, as well as implementation of direct consultations on the enforcement of court decisions.

A presentation was held on the activities of the Bureau of Compulsory Enforcement and the system for the enforcement of judicial acts and acts of other bodies in the Republic of Uzbekistan.

Tajikistan delegation became acquainted with the changes and reforms carried out in this area.

At the Academy of the Prosecutor General’s Office, guests were informed about the reforms that are being implemented to improve the system of training, retraining and advanced training of employees in the field.

Tajikistan delegation also visited the electronic trading platform “E-IJRO AUKSION” under the State Assets Management Agency of the Republic of Uzbekistan.
