The Republican Stock Exchange "Tashkent" saw 38 deals on purchase and sale of securities of 8 joint-stock companies from May 22 to 26. As a result, 45.1 thousand shares were sold for a total of 92.3 million soums.
Analysis of branch indicators of the exchange on investment attractiveness shows that in the past period the most demanded were securities of commercial banks - 8.3%, construction companies - 5.9% and other industries - 85.8%. The largest transaction in volume was concluded on May 24 with shares of SHIFOBAXSH BULOQ JSC for 37.2 million soums.
The top five leaders in terms of trading volume per week include: SHIFOBAXSH BULOQ JSC (share in weekly turnover of the stock exchange is 55.2%), Marg’ilon Fayz savdo kompleksi JSC (27.8%), JSC Qizilqumsement (5,9%), O’zsanoatqurilishbank JSCB (5.8%) and Olmaliq KMK JSC (2.6%). Their total volume reached 97.5% of the total turnover of the exchange for the week.
Considering the exchange turnover by regional affiliation of issuers, it should be noted that during the past week, purchase and sale transactions were concluded with shares of enterprises of 5 regions of the Republic of Uzbekistan. The largest volume of transactions was recorded with shares of enterprises of Tashkent city - 61.3% of the total turnover.
By categories of investors, the greatest activity was observed among individuals: 88.6% of the total volume of deals made, in terms of the number of transactions concluded - 94.7% of the total number of transactions.
Since the beginning of the year, 993 deals with securities for 24.6 billion soums have been concluded at RSE "Toshkent". The trades were attended by 1 billion securities of 61 issuers.
