In order to further enhance the mass sports in the country, informing the public of its role and values, improving advocacy in this regard the Ministry of Culture and Sports of the Republic of Uzbekistan, the Children’s Sports Development Fund of Uzbekistan, the National TV and Radio Company of Uzbekistan and Creative Union of Journalists of Uzbekistan announces a national contest "The most active sports journalist".
For the contest materials, TV and radio programs published in newspapers and magazines and broadcasted from June 1, 2014 to June 1, 2015 are accepted.
The following prizes are established for the winners:
1st prize - 20x minimum wages;
2nd prize - 15x minimum wages;
3rd prize - 10x minimum wages.
The competition provides incentive bonuses.
The duration of the proposed video materials, regardless of the information carrier, should be from 3 to 30 minutes, the radio (system disk or USB-flash) - from 5 to 30 minutes.
Print and Internet materials are presented in the form of press-clippings from periodicals or copies.
Materials (in an amount not less than five) are submitted to the contest with the recommendation of the editorial board until June 15 this year. They attached the following information: address, phone number, place of work of the author, his professional activity, a copy of the passport.
Prizes for winners of the contest "Most active sports journalist of the year" will be presented on June 27 - at the festive events dedicated to the Day of the press and media.
Materials with an indication of "For the contest "The most active sports journalist" to be sent to the address: Tashkent city, Independence Square, B.5. The Ministry of Culture and Sports of the Republic of Uzbekistan.
Organizers invite all active sports journalists to take part in the contest.
