WSB FIRST STAGE COMPLETED IN TASHKENT

In the capital of Uzbekistan the first stage of World Series Boxing (WSB) 6th season came to an end. According to our team’s boxing matches results , Uzbek Tigers defeated the team from Puerto Rico and Kazakhstan with a score of 5:0 and 4:1, respectively, coming out to the next stage as a winner.

On the last day of data fights Uzbek boxers have met with Kazakh athletes. In a bitter struggle Uzbek team was able to confidently beat Kazakh squad Astana Arlans.

Dusmatov Hasanboy climbed into the ring first (up to 49 kg) against Jusupov Temirtas. Hasanboy did not leave any chance to the opponent, eventually earning the win with a score 1:0 in favor of Uzbek Tigers.

In the second match Sharahmatov Abdulhay (up to 49 kg) met with Toitov Meirbolat. Abdulhay over all five rounds blew inflicted combinations and defended well. As a result of this battle the owner of the ring has surpassed his rival.

Meliboev Fazliddin (up to 64 kg) went to the ring third. His opponent was the Ualikhanov Askhat. Fazliddin dominated over Askhat during the entire fight and won by unanimous decision.

In the fourth fight Normatov Hurshidbek (up to 64 kg) stepped into the ring against Nursultanov Meyirim. The fight was equal and in the first two rounds Hurshidbek looked a little better, but Meyirim took the initiative and in stubborn battle defeated Uzbek boxer.

Mirzabek Hasanov (81 kg) opposed Erkin Mukhamedjanov. At the end of 5 rounds of the representative of Uzbekistan was better, the victory went to the team.

As a result, our people adequately protect the honor of our country and defeated the Kazakh boxers with a score of 4:1.
