Foreign guests who visited Samarkand to participate in the X International Music Festival "Sharq taronalari" shared their impressions with the correspondent of the Information Agency "Jahon".
Among them - the professor of the Baku Musical Academy named after U.Hajibayli (Azerbaijan) Zumrud Dadashzade.
I am impressed by the beauty of the ancient Samarkand, the scale of the festival "Sharq taronalari" palette and diversity represented on it musical cultures - she said in an interview with our agency. - At an international forum held scientific conference, in which we, scientists, art historians, have the opportunity to exchange experiences, to share the results of their research and discoveries.
Competitive spirit of the festival encourages participants to demonstrate the highest verge of their skills, but I think that the basic idea of this forum - the call for the revival and preservation of spiritual and cultural heritage.
